NeerLink is software, delivered online. We don't sell or ship physical goods, and nothing is sent by post or courier. NeerLink is operated by Livnox Media LLP.
Households
- Your NeerLink login is ready as soon as your water company adds your connection. You then sign in on the web or in the app.
- Bills appear in your account once your water company raises them. A payment shows against your bill once it is confirmed or recorded.
- Water is supplied by your water company, not by NeerLink. For your supply, meter or connection, contact the company or raise a request in the app.
Water companies
- We onboard each company after a review with our team, which includes KYC details and your set-up.
- Once your account is approved and your subscription starts, you get access to NeerLink online straight away.
